The Barn Boutique accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased within 14 days of purchase. Returns are for store credit only. Items should be in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return including discounted or promotional items sold on a deal, mystery bags or packages, undergarments, gift cards, hats or hair accessories, jewelry or handmade vendor products, personalized or custom made to order items. Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as final sale. To initiate your return for store credit please come into the store or email barnboutiquestaff@gmail.com with your purchase receipt. 

Items are shipped within 48 hours MON-FRI excluding holidays. If an item is missing or damaged it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Items shipped send tracking to the email on file however you may request tracking by emailing barnboutiquestaff@gmail.com with your order number.

Upon checkout, there is a "pickup" option. You can pick up the next business day during store hours at 210 E Aspen in Fruita, CO.
